When and where to watch all the action from what promises to be a thrilling Aviva Premiership Rugby Round 5

After another exciting weekend, the countdown is already on ahead of Aviva Premiership Rugby Round 5 – and there are three highly-anticipated live games on the box.

The most intriguing is, perhaps, at Welford Road where a rejuvenated Leicester Tigers side meet Champions Exeter Chiefs.

The Tigers started the season slowly, with back-to-back defeats, but they got off the mark against Gloucester Rugby and backed that up with a mightily impressive win against Harlequins a week ago.

Welford Road is a notoriously difficult place to visit, but the Chiefs will back themselves after they beat Wasps in a re-match of the 2017 Aviva Premiership Rugby Final.

Henry Slade and Olly Woodburn were on fire at Sandy Park, and Rob Baxter’s men are back at the top of the league.

The cameras start rolling from 2.30pm on BT Sport 2 and BT Sport 4K UHD, with the action getting underway at 3pm.

By then, we will be halfway through the weekend with three matches taking place on Friday.

And BT Sport will be showing London Irish’s trip to Newcastle Falcons – giving us another look at that electric Falcons backline.

Dean Richards’ side downed Bath Rugby 33-32 in style at The Rec and points seem guaranteed, with Irish also involved in a high-scoring battle with Northampton Saints.

Since that win against Harlequins in Round 1, life has been tough for Irish – but they seem capable of scoring plenty of points and will need to do so against the Falcons.

BT Sport 2 and BT Sport 4K UHD is the place to be from 7pm.

And if that is not enough, then settle in for Wasps v Bath Rugby on Sunday afternoon.

Both sides will be out to prove a point after defeats last weekend, and with an array of international stars on show, an absorbing contest is guaranteed.

BT Sport 1 and BT Sport 4K UHD is where to catch the action from 2.15pm, with kick-off 45 minutes later.

And don’t forget you can catch all the highlights at the usual time of 8pm on Sunday night on Channel 5.
