The French side initially went ahead when Semi Kunatani crossed, and they led 14-3 when Bezy converted his own try.
Solomona’s try got the hosts back in it at the break, and then Bryn Evans touched down to give Sale a 17-14 lead.
But Sebastien Bezy landed two penalties either side of Faf de Klerk’s three-pointer as Toulouse took a share of the points.
