England and Wasps flanker James Haskell and girlfriend Chloe Madeley visited The Guide Dogs National Breeding Centre yesterday.
They both tried a blindfold walk with guide dog Upton around an obstacle course to gain a small insight into navigating the world with sight loss.
“I was tentative to start with, but he’s so in control of you and you’ve just got to relax and trust that you can take big strides and move quickly. Upton looks after you like a dream; it’s so clever what he does.” said Haskell.
They were also ‘swarmed’ by lots of guide dog puppies!
