This was the emotional moment 40,000 rugby supporters paid tribute to Australian rugby player Rob Horne.

Fans inside Twickenham rose to their feet and cheered his arrival on the pitch as he delivered the match ball for the Gallagher Premiership match between Northampton and Leicester Tigers.
