Worcester won their first Premiership match of the season as they let slip a 37-11 lead, then scored in the last minute to beat Leicester at Welford Road for the second year running.
In a game of 11 tries, Tigers fought back with four second-half efforts of their own to tie at 37-37 before Hill won it late on with his second try.
