Welsh rugby legend Adam Jones won 95 caps for Wales and played five Tests for the Lions on tours to South Africa and Australia.
Here he picks a forward pack he feels could dominate the scrum in the first Test against the world champion Springboks…

Adam Jones’ Lions pack
FRONT-ROW:
Loosehead-prop: Rory Sutherland – He’s a good set-piece performer who scrums at a very low height. The lower you can work against someone like Frans Malherbe, South Africa’s likely tighthead, to prevent him from achieving a dominant pushing position, the better. It’s all about stopping Malherbe from dictating the height of a scrum.
Hooker: Ken Owens – Again, an agonisingly close decision. Owens brings a lot with his solidity, experience and physicality.
Tighthead-prop: Tadhg Furlong – He’s my starter with Kyle Sinckler off the bench. Two class tightheads there.
