Rugby fans have been left disappointed after ITV confirmed the Gallagher Premiership final between Leicester Tigers and Saracens will not be shown on the platforms lead channel.
Instead, the game that sees the likes of Maro Itoje and George Ford battle it out for glory, has been shifted onto ITV4 with live horse racing from Royal Ascot prioritised.
Fans have been left upset by the decision as the final represented a fantastic opportunity for the sport to capture a new audience.
ITV did say in their statement earlier this year that the following two finals will be shown on ITV 1 and the 21/22 final was only moved due to a prior scheduling conflict.
When is the Premiership final?: Saturday, June 18, kick-off 3pm
What TV channel is it on ? Yes, you can watch on BT Sport 1HD from 2pm and ITV4 from 2.15pm with kick-off at 3pm.
