Aviva Premiership 2017/18 week 10 preview – Round betting preview

We’re back with our latest betting ‘tips’ for round 10 of the Aviva Premiership.

We’re always a little ambitious with as you have to dream big to get big in the old betting game.

This week we’ve thrown on another ambitious double thanks, to Leo Vegas:

Gloucester to beat London Irish, -13.5 handicap: 10/11

The Cherry and Whites has named an unchanged starting line-up for the visit of bottom side London Irish as they bid for a fifth straight Premiership win. Gloucester were very impressive against Newcastle up at Kingston Park and I’d be surprised if they weren’t comfortable winners again this weekend.

Northampton Saints to beat Newcastle Falcons, -14.5 handicap: 2/1

Saints, who have lost their last four Premiership games, have not lost five in a row since 2011 and we’re backing them to bounce back in style here. Northampton have lost just once at home in the Premiership since March, to Wasps on 28 October.

Meanwhile, the wheels have somewhat came up in Newcastle with the Falcons losing their last four Premiership matches since beating London Irish 29-17 at Kingston Park on 29 September.

See how well (not very well) we’re doing in the LeoVegas Punters’ Union rugby betting league at puntersunion.leovegas.com. We’re going head-to-head with other UK rugby titles this season to see who can win the most rugby bets and finish top in May! Who are you betting on this weekend?
