BREAKING: Bath confirm another England internationals departure

After a decade in Blue, Black and White, Semesa Rokoduguni will depart Bath Rugby at the end of the season.

The 34-year-old has been an outstanding clubman and a fantastic finisher throughout his time at the Rec, making more than 190 appearances and scoring over 70 tries in all competitions.

In a statement the club said: “Whilst at the club, he has earned international recognition with England, continued to serve as a Lance Corporal in the British Army and has cemented his status as a fan favourite.

“Everyone at Bath Rugby would like to thank Rocco for everything he has given to the club and wish him, and his family, all the best for the future.”

The Rugby Paper reports the former England international winger, who turns 35 in August, has been in France this week finalising a move to ProD2 outfit US Montauban who currently sit seventh in the second-tier competition.

Rokoduguni said: “I feel extremely proud and honoured to have represented Bath for the past 10 years,” he said.

“I’m also grateful to the British Army for their support and the opportunity to fulfil my dream of playing professional rugby in the Premiership. I have experienced and learned so much throughout my career here, and I’ve been fortunate to work with so many amazing coaches, players and people.

“I have memories and experiences I will cherish for the rest of my life. Thank you to everyone for all the support I have received and to everyone who has played a part in my journey at Bath Rugby.”
