Hi this is me looking rather muddy playing the sport I love👋🏻 – Cannot wait to be back on the pitch this weekend it has felt like a very long time since I last played.. and then I will be having another break as I travel to South Africa on Sunday! – This morning I overheard a conversation that made me realise a lot of people still believe the only way to exercise for health or for aesthetics is to go to the gym – The gym is a great place for achieving goals but it’s not everyone’s favourite place, it’s not where you have to go to exercise. I enjoy a mix of strength training and sport.. I love the way rugby makes me feel and I know for many people their sport makes them feel the same – Maybe in 2020 try a 5 a side football game or some swimming.. you’ll be shocked how quickly an hour of exercise goes and how much you may enjoy it🤗 – – – #fitnessmotivation #positivity #motivation #fitness #gym #sport #exercise #health #athlete #womeninsport #justdoit #igfitness #fitspo

Today’s tough session! – The reason I am training quite hard at the moment is because over the next 2 months I’m travelling to three different countries for work and also my own holiday! Next weekend I will be going to South Africa for 10 days in the middle of my season which is not ideal. – I am going to try and document my time away as much as possible to show you that you can train with a sporadic routine, it’s just about planning ahead and working smarter! – Not complaining at all as I’m extremely blessed to be going to South Africa with my work, also working the six nations in France in February and booked myself a week to Bali too in feb.. the focus will be on keeping my conditioning up as I’m not sure where will have a gym and weights! – Time to think outside the box 😁 it’s really important for me to keep fit during my travels as I’m still in the middle of my season but looking forward to the challenge👊🏻 – – – #gym #gymmotivation #athlete #health #happiness #nutrition #healthylifestyle #motivation #fitness #fit #redjanuary #positivity #conditioning #igfitness
