Munster winger Ronan O’Mahony has been forced to retire from rugby with immediate effect.
The 29-year-old sustained a broken leg and dislocated ankle in an incident against Treviso in April 2017 and has been advised to retire from on medical grounds.
O’Mahony made 70 appearances for the province after making his debut against Dragons at Rodney Parade in April 2013.
