Eddie Jones reportedly set to DROP several high profile players

England head coach Eddie Jones is reportedly set to drop several of his biggest names today when he unveils a 35-man squad for the Guinness Six Nations.

According to the Telegraph, Dan Robson is set to make the cut ahead of Danny Care while the same report suggests Chris Robshaw will also be left out.

The 32 year-old, who has 66 caps, is expected to return to Harlequins in the Premiership Cup against Saracens on Jan 26 and is likely to come into contention for selection later in the Six Nations once he has proven his fitness.

Danny Cipriani, who has just returned to action for Gloucester after sustaining a chest injury in December, is also expected to miss out.

Jonathan Joseph is also set to be overlooked, despite being set to return from a long injury lay-off this weekend.
