WATCH | Referee appoints 19-year-old as captain after running out of patience

Premiership referee Luke Pearce ran our of patience with Saracens captain Jackson Wray during their heated clash with Harlequins on Sunday.
He dismissed the back-rower before informing 19-year-old fly-half Manu Vunipola that he is now skipper.
Pundits Lawrence Dallaglio and Ugo Monye then offered their opinion.
The domestic and European champions were beaten 41-14 in their first Premiership match since relegation for salary cap breaches was confirmed.
The afternoon very much belonged to two players overlooked by England, Alex Dombrandt and Marcus Smith, who excelled for the hosts at number eight and fly-half respectively.
