The England scrum-half joined Bristol from Gloucester in 2018 and has since established himself as one of the standout No. 9s in the country. Since making his England debut in 2022, Randall has gone on to earn 17 caps at international level.
Renowned for his pace, energy and sharp all-round game, Randall has been a constant threat in the Gallagher Premiership, crossing for 36 tries in 149 appearances. After picking up an injury early this season, he recently returned to action off the bench in Bristol’s emphatic win over Harlequins at Allianz Stadium.
Director of Rugby Pat Lam reflected on Randall’s journey, saying: “I can’t believe it’s been more than eight years since I first saw 19-year-old Harry starring for Hartpury against us in the Championship. That performance immediately convinced me he was exactly the type of player I wanted at the Bears.
“It’s fantastic to see him now reach centurion status for the club – and set to make his 150th appearance this weekend. That milestone speaks volumes about his quality, durability, and unwavering commitment to Bristol Bears, both on and off the field.
“Harry is a natural leader who drives standards every day and brings real energy to the group.
“What’s most exciting is that, despite everything he’s already achieved, there’s still more to come. He’s entering a really strong phase of his career, and we’re thrilled that journey will continue here with us.”
Randall added: “Signing a new contract at Bristol Bears means a huge amount to me. This club has been my home for a long time now, and to be reaching the 150-appearance milestone this weekend is something I’m incredibly proud of.
“I’ve loved every minute of pulling on the shirt – the environment, the supporters, and the ambition of the club make it a special place to play. Bristol is where I’ve grown not just as a player, but as a person too, and I feel I’ve really matured here. I’m excited about what’s ahead and determined to keep giving everything for this club.”
“My focus now is on working hard, improving every day and helping this team win trophies. I really believe in what we’re building and I’m excited about what’s to come.”
