Gavin Henson is 500/1 to be the next James Bond

In a world in which Donald Trump became President of the United States of America, pretty much anything is possible.

So don’t be so quick to dismiss the idea that Wales international and British & Irish LIon Gavin Henson might become the next 007.

Somehow, for some reason, Ladbrokes have added the currently injured Bristol player to their shortlist of people in the frame to be the next James Bond.

With the likes of Tom Hardy and Idris Elba the favourites to follow Daniel Craig into the iconic role, Henson finds himself in the middle of the pack alongside the likes of Hugh Grant and George Clooney.

Will it happen? No, probably not.

Are we glad that we live in a world where this has actually happened? Yes, yes we are.

Remember – the name’s Henson, Gavin Henson.

OUR CHOICE: DAN CARTER
You needn’t say much about Carter starring as Bond – just by looking at him you can see he was clearly born to do it, despite the slightly off accent. With the skill to get him out of any sticky situation, the Kiwi Number 10 has the ability under immense pressure to defuse the tensest of situations.
