Harlequins forward James Chisholm has been cited by independent citing commissioner Chris Catling and is to appear before an independent disciplinary panel.
Chisholm is charged with allegedly tip tackling Bath Rugby’s Kahn Fotuali’i contrary to law 10.4(j).
The incident occurred in the first half of the match at the Recreation Ground on Saturday 25 November which Bath won 38-14.
The hearing will take place in London on Tuesday 28 November at 7pm and the panel will be chaired by Jeremy Summers.
