#5. Dan Kelly (Leicester Tigers)
He’s looking like a proper player. I thought the 20-year-old inside-centre was every bit as good as George Ford against Northampton and he was seriously impressive against Bath.
Leicestershire Live: “He enjoyed telepathic chemistry with Scott, his teammate had the more impressive stats sheet but his two big breaks were thanks largely to the work of Kelly.
“He put Scott free twice in the space of a few minutes in the lead-up to Leicester’s second try. We’re seeing more and more of the subtleties of his game, including one fine offloaded in the second half.”
