There was heartbreak after just 30 seconds for Leigh Halfpenny as he was stretchered off on his 100th Test match.
He went down just inside the Wales half with what appeared to be a serious knee injury.
He had launched a Welsh counter-attack before his knee appeared to give way before he was tackled.
