Match Report: Newcastle 38-32 Harlequins – Falcons score six as they record back-to-back Premiership victories

Newcastle Falcons claimed a long-overdue Aviva Premiership try bonus point as well as back-to-back league victories, as they surged past Harlequins at Kingston Park Stadium on Sunday.

After Michael Young and Quins’ Rob Buchanan traded tries, scores from Juan Pablo Socino and Mark Wilson combined with the boot of Joel Hodgson gave the hosts a 21-8 advantage at the break.

Socino secured the bonus-point with his second soon after the restart but a brace from Karl Dickson brought Quins to within four points.
