REVEALED: Every Premiership Rugby sides marquee players and their reported salary

We take a look at each Gallagher Premiership clubs marquee player and what they are reportedly earning.

As their clubs marquee player, their salary sits outside of their sides salary cap budget of £5million.

Bath are reportedly ready to make Finn Russell their new star man, having not replaced Taulupe Faletau following the Welshman’s departure from the Rec last summer.

According to the Mail Online, they are close to completing the move, which would be ‘a stunning coup for the West Country club and also the troubled Premiership as a whole, to have a new box-office asset.’

The only other club without a marquee player are Northampton Saints following the departure of Wales fly-half Dan Biggar, who led the club early to sign with Toulon.



Every Premiership Team’s Marquee Player:

Bath RFC: None (was previously Taulupe Faletau)

Bristol Bears: Charles Piutau – £1,000,000 per season

Exeter Chiefs: Stuart Hogg – £500,000

Gloucester: Adam Hastings £450,000
