Some of the most inspirational women from around the world of rugby are only a click away.

1. Vicky Fleetwood

The England flanker kicks off our list, although her abs are not what you’d traditionally expect from a rugby forward. Her tips and tricks in the gym combined with her snaps from inside the England camp make her well worth the follow.

2. Charlotte Caslick

No women’s rugby round-up would be complete without Charlotte Caslick. She’s not only one of the best players in the world, but she’s publicly engaged and hilariously active on social media.

3. Portia Woodman

Woodman is one of the most recognisable players in women's rugby. The egg-chaser's pace, strength and determination has led to her becoming top try scorer in World Series history. The New Zealander is a supreme athlete.

4. Danielle Evans

Rugby boots will be swapped for high heels when Ms Brighton bids for glory at the Miss Great Britain pageant later this year. The event, which is scheduled for September in Leicester, would see the prop raise awareness and money for Cancer Research, Alex’s Wish, and the Bliss charity for sick and premature babies.

5. Sara Cox

With a load of international’s already under her belt, in 2020 the female whistleblower made a breakthrough into the premiership as an assistant referee for the Bath v Wasps game and is making her mark on the sport in both the Men’s and Women’s games in 2021.
