SCOTLAND:

• Best: Rory Darge (The Offside Line 8/10) - "A star is born. Tremendous contribution at the breakdown, both side of the ball – carried aggressively throughout – and ran a great angle for his try. Ploughed a lonely furrow."
• Worst: Finn Russell (Rugby Pass 5/10) - "An erratic display, not for the first time. His aimless kick allowed Dupont space for the opening French try. A dropped ball as Scotland attack and bounced by Danty in the build-up to the visitors’ third score. On the back foot for the second half and hooked after an hour."

FRANCE:

• Best: Damian Penaud (Rugby Pass 9/10) - "Played his part in creating tries for Moefana and Danty. Posed the home side plenty of defensive questions throughout and earned his reward by strolling over for France’s fifth and sixth tries."
• Worst: Melvyn Jaminet (Rugby Pass 6/10) - "Set the tone for an up-and-down game when he missed an absolute sitter from in front of the posts"

ENGLAND:

• Best: Maro Itoje (Planet Rugby 9/10) - Smashed Taulupe Faletau during a key stage of the second-half and was towering in defence. Despite Smith’s exploits, Itoje was the true man of the match. 
• Worst: Luke Cowan-Dickie (Mail Online 4/10) - Day to forget for the Exeter man who missed a line out then went off injured in the 25th minute. Tackles 0 Runs 2 Metres 2

WALES:

• Best: Taulupe Faletau (Wales Online 9/10) - "First game for Wales in 11 months and a defensive masterclass saw him repeatedly nail English ball-carriers. One immense charge had England back-pedalling. An outstanding Test from an outstanding player."
• Worst: Ryan Elias (Wales Online 5/10) - "Elias blew a try-scoring opportunity with a messed-up line-out five metres out in first half and later saw a throw sail over the setpiece into the arms of Alex Dombrandt, who crossed for the try."

• Best: Tadhg Beirne (Irish Times 9/10) - "Lineout work good and ball carrying a huge asset, he also proved his ability to turnover ball has not diminished. A strong performance."
• Worst: Mack Hansen (Balls 6/10) - "A very busy performance as he was given a licence to roam in the attack. Got sloppy in his ball-handling and repositioning. "

ITALY:

• Best: Michele Lamaro (RUCK 8/10)
• Worst: Hame Faiva (RUCK 2/10)
