Sale Sharks’ loose-head prop, Bevan Rodd, has committed to a fresh three-year contract with the Premiership team. Having marked his debut for the Sharks in 2019, the 23-year-old has accumulated 79 appearances for the club.
Unfortunately, Rodd is sidelined at the moment due to a toe injury, causing him to sit out the upcoming Six Nations.
Rodd, a Sedbergh School product, played for England at the 2023 Rugby Union World Cup in France.
“Bevan will play for the British and Irish Lions,” director of rugby Alex Sanderson said.
“He’s one of the most talented loose-heads I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with and I’ve been lucky to work with a few.”
