Eight players will be moving on from Saracens once the curtain falls on the current campaign.

Ethan Lewis, James Flynn, Robin Hislop. Eduardo Bello, Ruben de Haas, Max Malins, Duncan Taylor and Jackson Wray are bringing their time at Saracens to a close and the Saints semi-final will be their final matchday in North London.

Please make sure you stay behind after the final whistle to hear from some of our greatest ever players!

Director of Rugby Mark McCall praised them all for their contribution to the club.

“The toughest part of the season coming to a close is the fact that you have to bid farewell to some amazing people.

That is no different this year and we are saying goodbye to eight fantastic human beings. We of course thank them for all they have done for our club.

We wish them all the best and look forward to welcoming them back to StoneX Stadium in the future.”

Saracens set to confirm five new signings including England winger Anthony Watson

Details of the five signings made by Saracens are outlined below.

#1. Gareth Simpson from Western Force

The scrum-half, who had a brief spell on loan in November will return in the summer on a two-year deal after impressing during his time at StoneX Stadium.

His try against Northampton Saints was the catalyst for the remarkable comeback victory, and before joining Sarries the 25-year-old made 45 appearances for Worcester Warriors during his spell at Sixways meaning he has plenty of Gallagher Premiership experience.

He is currently in Australia on loan at the Western Force for the remainder of the 22/23 campaign and will then return to North London in the summer.

Simpson is excited to have committed his future to the club.

“I can’t wait to get back into the environment at Saracens. It is a great club and I really enjoyed my time there. I am looking forward to continuing to learn and grow my game with some amazing players and coaches around me and am really grateful for the opportunity.”
