Barcelona port is currently being searched by police divers in an ongoing effort to locate Levi Davis, a rugby star who disappeared approximately seven months ago.
Levi Davis, a former Bath Rugby player, was last seen leaving a pub in Barcelona on October 29th. Although his passport was discovered a few weeks later in the city’s port, there have been no confirmed sightings of the rugby player since then, despite several reported encounters.
In a recent tweet posted on May 18th, the Mossos d’Esquadra regional police force confirmed that divers are actively exploring both the port of Barcelona and the Llobregat Delta, a wetland area near the Catalan capital.
The tweet stated, “We are continuing our investigation into the disappearance of a man in Barcelona on October 29th.
“The Maritime Police and Aquatic Unit have been deployed to search the port of Barcelona and the Llobregat Delta. The case remains open.”
Levi Davis gained public recognition when he participated in ITV’s Celebrity X Factor in 2019, alongside fellow rugby players Ben Foden and Thom Evans, as part of a singing group called Try Star.
