Leicester Tigers have signed three new players today, including Scotland international Darryl Marfo on a short-term contract with immediate effect.
The loosehead prop made his Test debut in 2017 against Samoa at Murrayfield. Marfo joins Tigers after stints with fellow Premiership clubs Harlequins and Bath, as well as most recently representing Edinburgh.
Ahead of next season, they’ve also confirmed the signing of South African trio back rower Marco Van Staden, Francois Van Wyk and lock Eli Snyman ahead of the 2021/22 season.
Van Staden will join Tigers from Super Rugby side The Bulls, with who the Springbok flanker starred for in their recent Super Rugby Unlocked and Currie Cup competition-winning campaigns.
Van Wyk, 29, will make the move from fellow East Midlands club Northampton Saints, where he has spent the past four seasons.

Nah, youβre alright: Five players who turned down England call-ups
Here are five well known rugby players who turned down an England call-up down the years. Bloody treasonβ¦

Eddie Jones knew from an early stage the 20-year-old was a talent worth courting. The wingers clinical finishing has been underlined by a haul of four tries in six Wales appearances, including two in the recent victory over Scotland. Jones rang Rees-Zammit in early 2020, but he told the Aussie that he was only interested in playing for Wales.
