Australian Julian Salvi could be on his way out of the Aviva Premiership champions according to The Rugby Paper.
The flanker, who has played for Super Rugby side the Brumbies, Leicester Tigers and Bath is said to be out of contract this summer and considering a move back to the Southern Hemisphere.
However, Chiefs are said to still want him at the club but in a combined coaching role while he wants to concentrate on playing.
