Wales’ Warren Gatland has distanced himself from Eddie Jones’ choice of words following Typhoon Hagibis in Japan.
The England head coach had stressed a ‘do or die’ mantra ahead of Australia clash, but Gatland condemned that terminology following recent events.
“I wouldn’t be using “do-or-die” words,” Gatland said.

“They’re a bit sensitive at the moment given what’s happened in the last few weeks. It’s just another game of rugby, but we know how important it is.
“We are very focused on staying in this tournament.”
