Scrum-half Dan Robson has gone the extra mile to help a Wasps fan after his new jersey was ruined in a nasty looking car crash.
Jack Mahoney’s car was ploughed into the back of while he was on his way to work, which resulted in his new jersey being removed and ruined by paramedics for medical reasons.
@d_jrobson well gutted. Some twat ploughed into me yesterday while on my way to work. Luckily no severe damage but my car and my brand new wasps shirt (on its first outing) didn’t make it 😢#gutted #recoverymode pic.twitter.com/5wa9K6ORBm

The photos show the high severity of the crash with Mahoney on a stretcher with a neck brace applied.
Fortunately, he was only battered and bruised and later revealed he was more gutted about them cutting off his new Wasps shirt than he was about the car.
When the accident was brought to Robson’s attention, the fan favourite responded quickly, asking for his details so he could send a new shirt. Absolute top bloke!
The 26-year-old tweeted: “Ouch!! Hope you’re okay. DM me your address and I will get a new shirt sent out to you as soon as I can”
