Wasps are confident their Aviva Premiership game with London Irish at the Ricoh Arena tomorrow (Sunday) will go ahead – and will make a final announcement on the fixture in the morning
Stadium staff are working to clear the overnight snow and subsequent snow drifts from stands and the areas surrounding the Ricoh Arena.
A Ricoh Arena spokesman said: “There is some snow and rain forecast overnight and we will monitor the weather as efforts continue to ensure the game goes ahead.
“We will liaise with safety staff and local agencies over that period, and a final announcement will be made at 10am tomorrow. We would ask all supporters to check on www.wasps.co.uk and social media for any updates before travelling.”
