Kyle Sinckler has returned to Bristol Bears pre-season with a noticeably different physique to when he left.
The powerhouse missed England’s summer tour of Australia as he continues to recover from a back injury, but has not spent the summer with his feet up.
As well as putting himself through brutal beech workouts, Sinckler has also been training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
The prop looks significantly leaner but still has the power required to be one of the best tighthead’s in the world.
