George Ford is on the brink of signing for Leicester Tigers – the one team Bath Rugby owner Bruce Craig didn’t want him to join.
A seven-month saga appears to be reaching its conclusion, with the club losing the England fly-half to the East Midlands giants this Summer.

Sale Sharks were thought to be the front-runners to sign the 23 year-old, but The Times is now claiming Ford has agreed a deal with the Tigers worth around £450,000 a season.
In a further twist, Freddie Burns could be heading in the opposite direction.
Burns, it appears, is unwilling to play second fiddle to the England No 10, and is happy to move to Bath where his family is based.
