Ireland issue squad injury update following New Zealand win

Ireland’s rugby management team have issued an injury update following the second game of the Guinness Series game on Saturday.

Following the historic win over the All Blacks, a number of players will be ‘managed’ across the week ahead of Ireland’s final test of the series, against the USA on Saturday.

Man of the match from Saturday’s win, Peter O’Mahony, suffered a dead leg and his training load will be managed accordingly.

Sean Cronin, Jack McGrath, Rob Kearney, James Ryan, Jordan Larmour and Kieran Marmion have re-joined their provinces.

Dan Leavy has a neck strain and his rehabilitation will be managed at Leinster.
