“Mini version of my Dad, Jonah” – Sons of Lomu, Lynagh and Brooke could all play in the Six Nations

Louis Lynagh, the Harlequins winger and former England Under-20s player, is poised to join Benetton in the upcoming season, indicating a potential shift towards an international career with Italy.

Born in Treviso, the 23-year-old, and son of Australian rugby legend Michael Lynagh, is eligible to represent England, Australia, and Italy, owing to his birthplace and heritage.

Despite his notable contributions, including a remarkable two-try performance in Harlequins’ thrilling Premiership final victory over Exeter Chiefs in 2021, Lynagh’s aspirations to continue playing for England seem to be fading.

Reports suggest that he has not received a new contract offer from Harlequins, despite making 14 appearances for the club this season.
