Bevan Road (Scotland)
Hailing from Scotland, Rodd’s upbringing unfolded on the Isle of Man, where he received his education at The Buchan School.
His educational journey then led him to Sedbergh School, and it was during this time that he embarked on his rugby pathway through the ranks of the Sale Sharks academy.
In 2019, his aspirations materialised as he marked his professional debut in a Premiership Rugby Cup match against Northampton Saints, an opportunity that emerged under the guidance of Steve Diamond.
However, it was in the subsequent season, under the joint management of Paul Deacon and Alex Sanderson, that he truly seized the spotlight and experienced his breakthrough moments in the professional rugby arena.
