5 England Regulars Who Might Get The Axe Before Six Nations

The kamikaze kid seems to be more of a cautious kid these days - slipping off more tackles that used to be dominant hits. He faces long-term competition from Jack Willis with his form for Bath also being a cause for concern.

Possible replacements: Jack Willis (Wasps), Alfie Barbeary (Wasps), Ted Hill (Worcester Warriors)

Stepped up as a leader during the Autumn, though his level of performance varied from great to average. Still England's first choice tighthead, but for the first time in a number of years his position could be under threat heading into the Six Nations.

Solid but unspectacular. He's been a fantastic servent, but this is one position where England need to upgrade ahead of the Six Nations with some exciting players available to Eddie Jones.

Bit of a stinker all told for the winger during the Autumn Nations. Started alright with a try against Tonga but two underwhelming performances followed. A couple of knock ons against the Springboks – the first of which will still give him nightmares. His form has since improved with Gloucester, but his place heading into the Six Nations is definitely under threat.

Possible replacements: Ollie Hassell-Collins (London Irish), Adam Radwan (Newcastle Falcons)

A series to forget for the England captain. Kicked 15 points against Australia after missing the Tonga game because of a false positive test before an ankle injury ruled him out for up to 12 weeks. Unstinting team man as always but England actually looked a better team with him not on the field.
