Stuart Barnes has pointed the finger at Dan Biggar and claimed the Wales No.10 is only leaving the Ospreys for Northampton Saints next season for a bigger wage packet.
“The Wales fly-half has moved for the money,” said Barnes
“If he was desperate to improve his game he could have targeted teams with greater potential than the struggling Saints. But this was a financial transaction,”
“Good luck to him. But let’s at least be honest. Biggar has signed away his rugby soul for an unknown management and uncertain future.
“He combines the glory of the international game with the nice cosy financial cushion of a fading Aviva Premiership force.”
