Stuart Hogg clearly wasn’t amused with The Times Scotland’s reporting of his final game for Glasgow Warriors.
The Scottish fullback went up for a high ball and at the same time as Rob Kearney came tearing through and essentially took him out in the air such that he landed on his shoulder.
The Leinster star got a yellow, even though there’s some debate it should have been a red.
Anyway, high = taken out in the air. Also, it was his last game for Glasgow, hence why he wanted to go out on a high.
It’s a clever bit of wording, but it really is an awful thing to say.
