Stay at home. Three words that have become some of the most important in recent memory.
It’s not just rugby that has come to a standstill but indeed the entire world, with the coronavirus pandemic resulting in a global quarantine as nations grapple to prevent the disease spreading.
Here’s what rugby players are doing to keep busy:
1. Squatting a cow
Welsh flanker Dan Thomas takes the star prize for using cows on his family’s farm as weights and resistance as he squats and scrummages against members of the herd.
It’s day 2⃣ of the @Daniel_thomas93 workout regime on the farm 💪

2. Shaving their heads
A group of England rugby players have shaved their heads as part of an online charity campaign. Henry Slade, Ellis Genge and Luke Cowan-Dickie joined the “Covhead challenge” to raise funds for the NHS during the coronavirus outbreak.
