Gloucester and Sale set to raid Newcastle Falcons following relegation

Newcastle Falcons could be set to lose a number of stars for next season after their relegation from the Gallagher Premiership was confirmed last weekend.

Sale Sharks are reportedly keen to take Mark Wilson on a one-year loan as the England flanker is keen to remain a Falcons player on a permanent basis.

However, another player reportedly on his way out is fullback Simon Hammersley, who is reportedly heading to the AJ Bell on a permanent deal.

Gloucester meanwhile are keen to add Scotland centre Chris Harris to their ranks.

If the Cherry & Whites secure their man, it would be on a one-year loan deal, rather than as a permanent signing according to Rugby Pass.
