Premiership boss confirms when new arrivals will join

Bristol Bears chances of winning their first Gallagher Premiership title has received a major boost after Pat Lam confirmed they’ll have their incoming new players when the league restarts.

Speaking to BT Sport, Lam said: “At this stage we have Semi Radradra, Kyle Sinckler and Mitch Eadie from Northampton all starting for us on the 1st of July. They will be available when the [2019/20] season kick-starts.

“Ben Earl and Max Malins, we have loaned them from August onwards, so if the season doesn’t start until then, then they will join us, if it has started before then we will have to have a conversation with Saracens.

“Everyone around the world is in the same situation. I think Jonny May is going to be turning out for Gloucester [having signed from Leicester Tigers], all the other signings which have been announced are no different.

“The fact it happens to be Semi Radradra and Kyle Sinckler and the others is a bonus and is credit to the work we have done to get the right people in for next season.”
