It is believed that centre Williams and back-rower Jenkins are among those who are interesting them for next season.
They’ve also been linked with a move for Gloucester number 8 Ross Moriarty.
Out of contract next summer, Williams was courted by the Ospreys two years ago before eventually opting to stay with the Scarlets, with the Llanelli-based region having to push the boat out to keep him.
Racing 92 have also been linked with a move for elusive centre.
