Offside Line on Graham: "A little man with a giant heart. Too strong for Louis Rees-Zammit when he caught him one-on-one five meters out. Into everything, with some huge hits."
Wales Online on Williams: "Produced a vital turnover to relieve early pressure and launch attack and produced a pinpoint 50:22 around half hour mark."
Rugby Pass on Villiere: "Won France’s first penalty which Jaminet translated into three points with a tremendous kick chase and posed Ireland with plenty of defensive questions every time he touched the ball."
CENTRES:
- 13. Owen Watkin (Wales)
- 12. Marcus Smith (England)
Rugby pass on Watkin: "Fantastic from the first minute. Tackled everything, made the right decisions and even made a break or two. Clearly enjoyed himself."
Evening Standard on Smith: "The golden boy of English rugby can seemingly do no wrong right now. Got England going with their opening try and proceeded to run the show from there."
HALFBACKS:

Wales Online on Biggar: "Played flat and challenged the gain line, bringing runners into the game with superb timing of the pass in the first half. Managed the second 40 well, despite Scotland's brilliant defence. Was injured for most of the game, but that didn't stop him."
Rugby Pass on Dupont: "Always a threat from the base and showed some sublime touches in addition to managing the game to good effect and taking very few wrong options."
FRONT-ROW:

Rugby Pass on Baille: "Timed his run superbly then withstood some heavy hits to claim a rare international try in the third quarter. Finished with an honourable draw in his personal scrum contest with Tadgh Furlong."
Wales Online on Elias: "Generally threw well at the lineout, an area of concern heading in, and was busy in the loose, snaffling a turnover near the end of the first half. Consistently made yards after contact, forcing Wales onto the front foot. Pivotal in turning around Wales' woes."
Irish Examiner on Furlong: "The best Irish player on the field. His passing and power were key parts of Ireland's third-quarter comeback."

Evening Standard on Itoje: "A dominant performance from the Saracens star, who was very strong in defence. Looked good in attack too and had a try disallowed."
JOE on van der Flier: "Made one lovely turnover at the breakdown and was carrying hard in those frantic early stages. Powered over for a try, early in the second half, that gave Ireland hope."
Rugby Pass on Alldritt: "Did the hard yards for his side time and again. His importance to les Bleus was shown by him being retained for the full 80 minutes."
